Mammut x Cabourn Direttissima IN Parka

This puffer jacket is part of our collaboration with British cult designer, Nigel Cabourn. The collection pays homage to apparel from the 1960s, when the Japanese Direttissima route was first climbed on the Eiger. The outer shell is made from VentileĀ® fabric, developed in the 1930s and later adopted by pioneering alpinists as a barrier against the elements. Inspired by original expedition parkas, the jacket features 850-cuin-fill-power goose down for ultimate warmth. Fleece-lined bellow pockets, chest pockets, and an embroidered Mammut Garantie logo complete the iconic look. The Mammut x Cabourn Direttissima IN Parka is testament to a mountaineering feat that was way ahead of its time.
